The main purpose for my website is to attract hiring managers and professional personnel, provide them with a mix of professional and educational information with a touch of personality so that they can connect with the type of person I am and connect my personality to a professional role they are trying to fill. The easiest way to measure ROI for my Martech stack would be the amount of feedback and responses I get for the open question field provided at the bottom of my website, how many connections and messages I get on LinkedIn, and how many clicks I get on links to social media or contact information.

I will use the social tools in my Martech stack such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Canva, and Hootsuite to connect with others, measure how many clicks I get to those sites, and creating content for the social channels.

I will use the attract tools in my Martech stack such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo to attract the target audience to my website and engage the right professionals to view the material that I am creating specifically for their viewing. Attracting is crucial to make sure the right audience is attracted to your content, so I have a large amount of my investments in this aspect. As long as the right people are viewing my content, it will be easy to measure ROI through the clicks and views from the target audience.

I will use the anatics tools in my Martech stack such as Wix, Canva, and Google Adwords to track the progress of ROI used in my website and organize which parts of my website are most successful and what could be altered to maximize ROI.

Overall, I am taking full advantage of the Martech stack through having many different targets on investments, one of them is not too much like another to make the purpose cancel out.
